Letterland, a children’s education company, came to JFM needing a new website. The site needed to look fresh, fun and appealing yet retain a professional air. Another important consideration was shopping cart functionality, as customers needed to be able to order products in a straightforward manner.
JFM have created a site where all of the Letterland products are listed in a catalogue. A custom search function on the left allows customers to search for products based on a child’s age, specific skill or media. Products are also grouped under headings such as ‘Early Years’, to make finding products as easy as possible for teachers. The site has a shopping cart function, allowing customers to place their orders and pay by cheque or direct credit before orders are dispatched.
The ABA Biz After 5 Facebook seminar was well attended, with 25 people gathering at the JFM offices to network and learn about social media. Jo provided an overview of what social media is and why it is so important, then the ABA facebook was unveiled and updated in real time. Thanks to everyone who came along, and if you would like to know more don’t hesitate to give us a call or contact Jo Foster to find out more.
Sometimes it pays to be creative and branch out from traditional advertising media in order to reach your target audience. The Rosebank Villas are a good example of this. Listing the Rosebank Villas on Trademe makes them available to a wider range of people and complements the print and radio adverts that are part of the same campaign. To see how Rosebank has made technology work for them, visit the auction below.
